Branched-chain amino acids, so-called “BCAAs” are amino acids having anticatabolic and anabolic effect. There are three BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine and valine. BCAAs prevent the breakdown of protein in the so-called catabolic phase occurring during each workout, stimulate the endocrine system and help to increase strength and muscle mass and reduce body fat.

Ingredients: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, acidity regulator- citric acid, fructose, flavour-appropriate aroma, thickener-guar gum, colouring agent-chlorophylls (for kiwi flavour), colouring agent- betanin (for watermelon flavour), sweetener-sucrose, anti-caking agent-magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended intake: Mix 10 g (half a measuring scoop) in 200 ml of water until completely dissolved and consume immediately. Take before workout.
